Ashley Daniels

In pursuit of healing from her autoimmune diseases, Ashley Daniels embarked on a journey to learn as much as possible about autoimmunity. She found that a lot of the information she was learning was not being discussed with her by her healthcare team. Once she started making changes to her diet and lifestyle based on what she had learned, she saw a huge improvement in her symptoms; some of them completely resolving!

Because of her own experience, she founded Ashley Daniels Coaching and works with moms battling autoimmune and chronic illness who have done everything they are supposed to do, but are still struggling with their health. Her goal is to help her clients find the answers that work for them so they can finally heal and reclaim their lives.
