Lucia Agnelli is a Functional Health Coach and founder of Alight with Healing. As a fellow autoimmune warrior herself, she knows how challenging it can be to do life and manage a chronic disease. Her journey has led her to partner with autoimmune warriors so they can find what makes them thrive with chronic illness. She is a big lover of (nutrient-dense) real food, and because of this, cooking has become a big part of her life. She loves to travel and explore new parts of the world, which is what brought her to Sweden, all the way from sunny South Africa.
