I am a strong Christian who led a normal life until the age of 18 when these “symptoms” of something very wrong started.
At the age of 18, i started having to use the bathroom more frequently and throwing up a lot. My freshman year of college, i dropped 10 pounds because of it and from there it steadily got worse. At the age of 20 i was hit with an extreme flair and diagnosed with Crohn’s disease after losing 45 pounds.
I was forced to lose my colon because the disease had completely taken it over. I also lost a small portion of my small intestine, my appendix, and my ileum. The disease has made things different but it has definitely made me a stronger person!
I control my disease through Stelera and a strong exercise regime and a clean diet! I also take natural supplements to help put good bacteria in my body.
I struggle with fatigue a lot. It’s terrible some days and some days bearable.
I clung to this verse through 6 months of intense pain and four hospital stays, and 3 near death experiences. It gave me the peace that i needed at the time.
