I have completely fallen in love with the Quinoa + Makrut Lime Harvest Bowl when paired with fresh cilantro and avocado. So delicious. My second favorite is the anti-inflammatory friendly Broccoli + Cheeze. They are delicious, savory, satisfying, filling and so so tasty. I sometimes skip finding lunch just to make another one of these bowls.

My two favorites are Tomatillo + Pepper or the Kabocha + Sage paired with Primal Kitchen’s Ranch Dressing. Although there’s no AIP-friendly flatbreads yet, perhaps they will consider making some for us soon!

Healthy Daily Harvest Soups
While I do enjoy nearly every Daily harvest cup I’ve tried, the Daily Harvest soups are the thing I would suggest passing on. As delicious and wholesome as the Daily Harvest Soups tastes, I truly don’t think they are worth the cost per cup. So, even though we loved the Cauliflower + Leek soup paired with bone broth, my suggestion is to skip it and get some of the other heartier options from the Daily Harvest Menu.

Not everyone loves chia seeds. In fact, I am still a little hesitant to make my own chia bowls at home. However, these three chia bowls from Daily Harvest are deliciously amazing. You can’t go wrong with any of them!

To be honest, I am not an ice cream fan – mostly because dairy has bothered my gut for years. However, I have tried every single one, and they’re all amazing. My absolute favorites are a generous toss up between Rippled Berry Compote (AIP Friendly) and Mint + Dark Melty Cacao Chips flavor.

Hands down, the Daily Harvest bites are a family favorite. Upon arrival, we grab a cup and take turns devouring them. Each cup comes with 7 bites — which means, we don’t get to evenly share them… and I typically get the last one, because my husband loves me so much. Our favorite Daily Harvest bite flavor is Coconut + Lemon Bites and it’s AIP friendly. A double win.

Healthy Daily Harvest Lattes
Oh my goodness. Talk about gourmet, expensive-tasty and oh so fancy. The Daily Harvest lattes are so delicious. My favorite is the Ginger + Turmeric and the Green Tea Latte. Luckily there are 3 latte pods in every cup so there’s enough to last an entire week.
