Treatment for Type 1 Diabetes
TRAINING!!!!!!! One of my biggest passions in life is training. Training is what gives me energy, what helps me to clear my head when I feel stressed, a great tool for handling my autoimmune diseases AND it makes me feel stronger, happier, healthier and more confident! I often feel tired, sometimes more, sometimes less, but training really gives me energy! Even if I feel tired before a workout, I always feel so much better after!
Of course it´s important with balance, and also let the body recover!
+ Random Blood Sugar Test
+ Glycated hemoglobin (A1C) test
+ Fasting blood sugar test
Type 1 Diabetes vs Type 2 Diabetes
There are two main types of diabetes, type 1 and type 2. If you have type 1, you can´t make any insulin at all, or very little (and type 2 means that the insulin either can´t work effectively, or you can´t produce enough of it).
