Teriyaki Sauce DIY

This simple paleo teriyaki sauce DIY only takes a few minutes to make and 6 ingredients. All you need is a blender and you’ll have a flavorful Whole30 teriyaki sauce for drizzling over meat and veggies or whipping up a quick stir fry.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger peeled (about a 2 inch segment)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves of garlic peeled
  • 6 dates
  • 1 orange peeled

Instructions

  • Soak the dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, while you peel the ginger, garlic, and orange.
  • Drain the dates and add them to the blender along with all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to use.
