Autoimmune Sisters Gift Guide
The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook
When I was first introduced to the AIP, the Autoimmune Protocol Diet, I immediately went to google and researched everything I could about this new diet plan I would be adopting. Then, I landed on Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt’s website Autoimmune Wellness and starting diving in deep.
This book is the first ever AIP book I ordered and it has been a very helpful guide in my autoimmune healing journey.
You can grab a copy of the book here.

Luvele Yogurt Makers
Looking to make your very own lactose free homemade yoghurt? We recommend the Luvele range of quality yogurt makers. I’ve been lactose free for years and just the idea that I can make my own coconut yogurt with probiotics is so exciting.
I love this yogurt maker, because I can choose my own probiotics, recipe, and then ferment for 36 hours. My go-to probiotics is from BioGaia and you can read more about it here.
Looking for some great recipes? Look no further. Luvele has an entire category of wonderful coconut recipes to choose from.
You can find the Luvele Yogurt Makers right here.
Koolaburra by UGG Remley Mini
A few weeks ago my feet were freezing. One of dear friends encouraged me to get a pair ASAP. So, naturally I was talking to my husband about it and we looked them up online. Sure enough, this new Koolaburra brand, according to reviews is warmer than the original UGG’s.
So, off to the store we went. My feet now stay warm outside — for about 1/2 the cost of original UGG’s.
You can find my favorite pair here.
YETI Rambler 20 oz Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler
Stainless steel is what we need… non-toxic, nothing leaching into our water and of course, this means our drinks stay cold longer.
Grab a YETI by going here.
UGG Marlow Robe Nightshade
This is on my Christmas list… and yes, I am willing to get rid of my other robes if I can just have this one.
Honestly, I don’t know how two UGG brand items ended up on my list – but if you could just feel how luxe and warm this robe is, you would understand.
You can check them out here.
Chronic Illness Printable Planner
Michelle over at The Happy Pelvis has created this incredible Chronic Illness Printable Planner.
Here’s what Michelle says about designing this planner, “Being organized and creating a medical binder is one of the best ways to help yourself once you’ve been diagnosed with any health condition. When you hear the words, “You have _” your head starts to spin. Depending on the diagnosis, medication and treatment options thrown at you; you become overwhelmed. Everything gets foggy, you have to keep convincing yourself this is your new reality.”
This is why we need a planner.
Best news ever — you get 20% off your your entire order by using the code AUTOIMMUNESISTERS20 at check out.
